touch-up mascara...can i do it...?

this is how....first and foremost, no one wants to walk around with clumpy, "stale" lashes....
here's what yuh should do...
~

get a disposable mascara wand, dip it into an eye-makeup-remover bottle, and comb through your lashes to get rid of any buildup (flakes) that's accumulated and give you a fresh base. Let lashes dry (about 30 seconds), then apply a fresh coat of mascara.

that was how my day got ruined...it was the most depressing thing ever...the kitten was no bigger than my hand
